IBS recruits a field service engineer (H/F)

Missions :

• Manage and carry out technical interventions on customer equipment (after-sales service, maintenance contracts and ad hoc orders)
• To ensure the effectiveness of interventions while respecting contractual deadlines and budgets
• Ensure reporting of interventions by capitalizing on feedback and experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment
• Participate in customer acceptance testing phases by collaborating with the equipment design and manufacturing manager
• Update the technical documentation

Profile :

Training :

• Graduate of an engineering school in the fields of electrical engineering and automation

The skills needed for success :

• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, thermal engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, service providers and customers during after-sales service interventions
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Ensuring the safety of operations and compliance with quality standards
• Be comfortable with regular travel within Europe

Value-Added skills :

• Previous experience in after-sales service for semiconductor machinery or machines with vacuum technology is required.
