IBS recruits a field service engineer (H/F)
Missions :
- Manage and carry out technical interventions on customer equipment (after-sales service, maintenance contracts and ad hoc orders)
- To ensure the effectiveness of interventions while respecting contractual deadlines and budgets
- Ensure reporting of interventions by capitalizing on feedback and experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment
- Participate in customer acceptance testing phases by collaborating with the equipment design and manufacturing manager
- Update the technical documentation
Profile :
Training :
- Graduate of an engineering school in the fields of electrical engineering and automation
The skills needed for success :
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, thermal engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, service providers and customers during after-sales service interventions
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Ensuring the safety of operations and compliance with quality standards
- Be comfortable with regular travel within Europe
Value-Added skills :
- Previous experience in after-sales service for semiconductor machinery or machines with vacuum technology is required.
